After contacting the church office to ascertain the availability for the date requested, please fill out and return the Building Use Application to LUMC, 301 E. Maple Ave., Langhorne PA 19047. The Room Use application will be reviewed and approved or disapproved at the next monthly meeting of the LUMC Trustees. You will be contacted as to their decision.
